The Practice

Studio 703 is an architect-led design practice founded by Metis, Principal Designer, and Parveen, Senior Designer. Together, they bring a collaborative approach to architecture and interiors, where every project is guided by thoughtful planning, material sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how spaces are experienced.

 

Rather than following a fixed style, the studio responds to the people, context, and purpose of each project. Every design begins with listening—understanding how a space should function, feel, and evolve over time. This process allows each project to develop its own identity while maintaining a quiet sense of clarity and refinement.
